Product
Development:
AWS has identified numerous manufacturers
and distributors specializing in products that can be produced
for internet and offline sales. Products may bear the website
name or logo and aid in product branding. Unique items may
be produced for mass sales or in limited edition quantities.
AWS will abide by all logo, trademark, and intellectual
property rights when production of a specific product is
requested.
Internet
Affiliate Sales Programs:
Internet retailers typically pay between
5%-15% of the retail price of an item to a website from
which sales leads are generated. Online retailers place
relevant links and graphics on AWS managed websites and
when a sale is generated from this referral, the retailer
pays the referring website a sales commission. Tracking
information is available to monitor sales completed and
commissions due. The online retailer is responsible for
payment collection , inventory, and shipping. AWS will only
post graphics and links to products that are approved by
the client. A few examples of products that may be sold
are hats, shirts, jerseys, books, and videos. There are
literally thousands of products to choose from when considering
an affiliate program.
Distributor
Programs:
Manufacturers and distributors as well as
some wholesalers and retailers generate sales by paying
an annual, quarterly, or monthly fee to the AWS managed
website to market their products. AWS may also collect extra
commissions for creating graphics or placing additional
links on the website. AWS will seek products that are relevant
to the sport of the athlete, team, or organization. The
AWS client is guaranteed revenue in this program because
payments are not contingent upon sales goals or levels.
A fee is agreed to and AWS collects payment in advance of
posting links or graphics on the website.
AWS
Inventory Distribution:
AWS will develop a list of products to be
maintained in inventory, singly or jointly between AWS and
the client. Limited Edition Collectibles and autographed
items are some of the best items to be maintained in inventory.
The client and AWS can partner to sell items directly through
the website, and alternately through online auctions, to
other online wholesalers and retailers, at sports card and
autograph shows, sports and media events, and sports and
memorabilia stores - just to mention a few. Inventory may
be held and shipped from specified locations agreed upon
in advance.
Box
and Banner Ads:
Existing company endorsements and non-sports
specific products may be advertised on the client website.
For example, an athlete may have existing endorsements for
automobiles or soft drinks. Agreements can be made to place
graphics on the website for additional fees or as part of
the contract between the athlete and endorsee. AWS will
give full cooperation in these matters and we will be sure
not to allow a competitor’s product endorsement to
appear on the website. Other approved marketers may place
box and banner ads on the site for designated fees.

satisfaction of the client. The client may pick and choose
from the options mentioned and AWS may have other programs
