How
can I upgrade my current website and services to even higher
quality with more interactive features at an affordable
price?
AWS
works with the client's specific needs and we understand
that needs to change. If you are looking to upgrade your
services with us, all it takes is a simple request, and
we will be glad to discuss service upgrades that fall within
your budget.

How
do I change my account information?
Using
you email account we have on file for your AWS account,
email us
with your request. Once we have authenticated you, we can
make the requested changes.

I
am interested in seeing how much traffic and exposure my
site is getting. Is there a way I can see this?
There
are a few ways you can view your website’s traffic
that resides on AWS servers. AWS can provide clients mailed/emailed
traffic reports, including detailed specifications of the
quality of traffic. You may also access these reports online
and on a more frequent basis at your desire through your
account’s Control Panel. Which options you have privileges
to depends on your specific hosting package. If you are
unsure of what is included in your package, please contact
us. If you need to know how to access stats via the
Control Panel, please see our Technical
Support FAQs.

My
organization wants to host a promotional event. Can AWS
help coordinate and promote the event?
Yes.
With the proper notification prior to the event, AWS and
our partners have the capabilities of helping you organize
and/or host your event. If you know you have an event coming
up and have a tentative date in mind, please contact
us so we can begin the communication process as well
as the timely planning necessary to make a successful event.

I
would like to keep my site fresh with updates and new photos.
How often can I update my site?
Current
information and updates is a key component to a successful
website. With many packages, AWS does not restrict our clients
to a specific amount of updates in a given month. With basic
updates, such as the score of a game, photos from a particular
game or event, or just changing the wording in some content
already present, please notify us about the desired changes
and they will usually occur within 24 hours. If the update
is lengthy and/or is more resource-demanding (including
graphic creation/modification), a 48 hour to one week time
frame should be expected, depending on the complexity of
the design.
If
you would like to do manual updates and content management
on your own, you can also do this with your website’s
Control Panel. The Control Panel allows you to monitor you
website’s traffic, upload files to the web, manage
email accounts, and much more. If you have a basic understanding
of Macromedia Dreamweaver, Microsoft Front Page, or another
WYSIWYG web editor, you might feel comfortable making your
own updates.

I
have seen other players advertise their website with clothing
(e.g. hats, t-shirts, etc.). Does AWS offer this sort of
services?
Clothing,
such as hats and t-shirts, is a great way to promote your
website and get the word out to fans, teammates, and family
and friends that you have a dynamic presence on the web.
AWS works with our clients to make the best possible logos
and graphics that will stimulate a person’s interest
to come check out the site. Whether you have an idea of
what you are looking for in a particular promotional tool,
or if you would like AWS to provide an array of options,
please contact
us for more details on this particular service and for
a free quote.

I
already have a site with AWS, and it's primarily geared
toward the fans. I would like to have a site for my charitable
organization as well. Do you suggest having both sites or
stick with just one site?
Some
website owners like to have one site and put everything
on it and that is fine. But, if the main focus for your
original website is for the fans, we would suggest to have
a separate website created that is completely dedicated
to your organization. This new site would have a completely
separate domain name as well as design and look to the site.
We would help you obtain a “.org” domain name
extension, which will help signify the website’s purpose.
An important aspect about having two separate sites is that
they will be inter-linked to help with their promotion.
We will provide professional graphic links as a means for
visitors to go back and forth between each website.

How
do fans know where to find my site?
Visitors
will find your website in a few different ways. The most
common way a site is found is through direct URL entry (typing
in a specific domain name into a browser address bar, e.g.
www.yourdomainname.com). This is why it is very
important to have a domain name that is easily found and
remembered – one that can easily be stumbled across
while a visitor is “surfing the net”. Another
prime means is through an internet search engine. A search
engine is a website that allows visitors to search on key
words and terms that give them a list of results of potential
sites/pages they are looking for. AWS works hard to optimize
your site to rank high in the search engines. Other ways
include, but are not limited to, links on other websites
that link directly to your site, traditional marketing vehicles
(magazine ads, flyers, banners, etc.), news articles written
about you and your site, television or radio interviews
that mention the site, and word of mouth/viral advertising
from fans, friends, family, and site visitors.

I
am getting too much fan email to respond to through my website.
Is there a service to help with this?
AWS
understands that most of our clients are very busy, and
is why we provide a service to respond to fan mail. Many
athletes like to respond to fans themselves, but if it becomes
overwhelming, we can help. AWS can even filter and forward
a select and agreed to amount of emails to your per week
or month to personally respond to. For those that do not
get personal responses from you, AWS can respond to and
act as a representative for the e-mails. Please contact
us for more details on this service.
